Strategic planning does not end with strategic goals and objectives but continues with breaking them down and creating a practical and actionable plan that delivers incremental progress toward achieving those goals and objectives.  In this session, we will review and explore approaches and disciplines to implement a strategic plan while leveraging existing resources and capabilities.  We will also cover best practices to be responsive to crises and changes in order for a strategic plan to be adaptive.
