Strategic planning is a regular part of organizational development and maturation. Many organizations also create plans to embed diversity, equity, inclusion and access into their organizations. We believe these processes should be one and the same. DEIA only works when it is embedded holistically into every facet of the organization.
In this workshop, we'll cover how to do strategic planning with a DEIA lens to ensure it is woven into everything you do.
