From scarcity to abundance
Over the years, PEAK Grantmaking has identified significant gaps in grantmaking practices that force nonprofits to operate with a scarcity mindset, unable to think beyond the task at hand as staff are under-supported. Join us as we break down the obstacles we aim to overcome to shift philanthropic institutions toward abundance. Using Principles for Peak Grantmaking as a guide, we discuss how funders must adapt approaches to live their values in operational practices, both within and beyond their organizations, to help nonprofits shift towards abundance and equip them for lasting community transformation.
