About

Regardless of their organizational or personal missions, the need for social sector professionals and organizations to continually nurture the development of their social capital is imperative. It’s crucial not only for their sustainability, but developing and expanding nonprofit social capital requires nonprofit leaders and professionals to create and grow their ecosystem, as both a critical initiative for impact and a long-term strategy for meaningful and sustainable change. Join us for a robust in-person dialogue, where we’ll learn how to identify your organizational ecosystem landscape and connect and engage with others for practical, supportive collaborations – furthering both your organization’s mission and Charlotte’s community well-being. We’ll explore organizational/issue landscape and identify practical collaborations that lead to increasing local impact. Maria S. Azuri, LMSW, and Foundation Center South leader, will lead an engaging hybrid discussion, workshop and group exercise, identifying core concepts of organizational ecosystem development, how to connect and actively engage with other organizational leaders for greater collaborative community impact.
