During this digital classroom, you will learn how to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help you make strategic decisions about where to devote time, what is resonating about your mission, and where there are gaps for reaching your fundraising goals. We will focus on providing a framework to help you move from simply reporting out numbers that describe the past to metrics that provide insights you can act on. This process will develop the foundation and skills to define and build out leading and lagging KPIs that are connected to your organization.
