Samin Dadelahi is the Chief Operating Officer at the Wyoming Community Foundation (WYCF). The WYCF is the lead foundation partner on the Wyoming Afterschool Alliance, a collaboration between 12 agencies with the goal of creating quality afterschool programs throughout the state of Wyoming. Stakeholders include lawmakers, heads of professional associations, departments of education and family services. Ms. Dadelahi addresses questions about the challenges of collaborative work, and also gives tips on bringing funders to the table.
