Building a Race Equity Culture® using the Awake to Woke to Work® Framework is a comprehensive webinar designed to guide individuals and organizations on their journey towards creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Utilizing the Race Equity Cycle® framework, we will outline how organizations shift cross-functional policies, practices, process, and culture to build a Race Equity Culture®.

This webinar will foster the development of anti-racist mindsets and actions by applying a race equity lens to organizational and operational strategies. Participants will explore their organization's position within the Race Equity Cycle®, and learn about best practices for transforming policies, practice, and culture. The webinar will also provide essential tools and resources to support staff and leadership in challenging white dominant culture while guiding teams in setting priorities and action steps that build and sustain momentum towards a Race Equity Culture®.
