In an informal, virtual roundtable format, participants will have frank conversations about their lived experiences, and share challenges and strategies for personal and professional success. As a participant, you will have an opportunity to connect with colleagues from all over the country and share insights, gain practical solutions, and alleviate any on-the-job isolation or stress you might experience. Feel free to enjoy your breakfast or lunch while we meet.

  • Mindfulness as a tool to foster emotional awareness, and self-regulation
  • Aligning your job with your values
  • Career Development and how to advocate for yourself through uncomfortable conversations
