This is an in-person event; there is no virtual option.

Finding people to be on the Board of Directors can be hard. But it doesn't have to be. This two-hour workshop will help ease the pain.

Topics include:

  • Why boards are important
  • Characteristics of an effective board
  • How to recruit, train and evaluate board members
