About
While the executive director and the board of directors have separate spheres of responsibility, these spheres always overlap. Board members come as volunteers. The executive director must actively partner with board leadership to assure that their time and commitment are effectively motivated and utilized to fulfill their essential role.
Some executive directors may be hesitant to try and influence the work of the board. Join Michael Davidsion, Board Coach, in this virtual training to develop the confidence and skills you need to manage your board effectively. In this session, we’ll address the challenges in this relationship and provide practical strategies for the executive director to motivate and guide their board.
