Finding people to be on the Board of Directors can be hard. But it doesn't have to be. This two-hour workshop will ease the pain.

Topics include:

  • Why boards are important
  • Characteristics of an effective board
  • How to recruit, train and evaluate board members

Due to social distancing requirements, pre-registration is required and limited to a maximum of 14 attendees. Attendees must register individually. Waitlist registrants will be admitted on a space-available basis. Registration closes three days before the event.
