The specifics of taxes for nonprofit organizations is something hard to grasp for many new nonprofits. It is well understood that nonprofits do not have to pay taxes, but how do they report their finances?  Do they need to save receipts? How do 990s work and where do they go? This workshop will help lead participants through dealing with taxes as a tax-exempt organization.
