 Creating a nonprofit organization is a major endeavor. This new series walks you through the key components and leads you towards your next steps. Whether you're thinking about starting a nonprofit, have recently started one, or are new to the sector and want to learn more, let us help you navigate the process to becoming a successful nonprofit organization. This series will help participants solidify a legal nonprofit organization, assist with identifying a target demographic, draft a concise mission and vision, and create a strategy for board development and fundraising. 

This session will focus on fundraising planning based on your organizational priority areas and how to connect with your ecosystem for maximum impact and sustainability.

Outcomes

  • Establish a fundraising plan based on priority areas, programming alignment, and scope of work
  • Discover how to make a compelling case for support as a newer organization
