LaToya has been a valuable team member of Fifth Third Bank for 20 years. She has the responsibility for attracting, acquiring, and advancing top diverse talent into the bank and
leads a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants for Bancorp. LaToya is actively involved in the community with organizations including EL Barrio
Job Readiness Program, Dress for Success and Y.O.U. LaToya is very philanthropic; she has a Giving Circle, Our Hope, Our Future. She has received professional development
accolades from Kaleidoscope Magazine’s Forty/Forty Club, Crain’s HR Leader Finalist, Women of Color Stephanie Tubbs Jones Courage Award, CSU Link Distinguished
Alumni, The Girls Scout of N.E. Ohio Women of Distinction, NAACP Unsung Hero Community Award and Cleveland Bridge Builder just to name a few. Additionally, she
serves on many boards including The United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland Bessie’s Angel’s, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing FSS, and Cuyahoga County Workforce.
Currently, she is serving on a huge traveling exhibit project called “The Soul of Philanthropy”. She is member of Delta Sigma Theta and Eta Phi Beta Sororities. Also,
she is an Intimacy Coach and Founder of Eros Heart, LLC. Additionally, she is a part-time Adjunct Professor at Tri-C and Cleveland State University. She is a die heart
Clevelander along with her husband Brandon and two children Bryce and Brielle.

About Regan L. Phillips

Assistant to Safety-Service Director/ Community Advocate/ Philanthropist
Regan is a loving mother to Angel and a committed wife to Steve. She is also a double cancer survivor. Giving Glory to God for her healing and is committed to being the change she wishes to see in
the world. Regan is employed with the City of Elyria and serves as the Assistant to the Safety Service Director. As an emergent leader, Regan has partnered with local schools, community, and civic
organizations throughout Lorain County, serving on local boards and in various capacities. In giving of her service she has gained invaluable life lessons and experiences.

About James Carpenter

James Carpenter is a vice president and charitable planning consultant at Fidelity Charitable®, an independent public
charity that has helped donors support more than 278,000 nonprofit organizations with nearly $35 billion in grants. The
mission of Fidelity Charitable® is to grow the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make
charitable giving accessible, simple and effective. Mr. Carpenter assumed his current role in 2017.
In his position, Mr. Carpenter serves as a premier resource on charitable planning for advisors and their clients in the
Great Lakes region. He educates advisors on current charitable planning trends and strategies, along with the benefits
of leveraging Fidelity Charitable’s donor-advised fund program to help philanthropic clients give more to the charities
they support.

Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable, Mr. Carpenter had distribution roles and territory assignments for several global
asset management firms, including Schroders Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Legg Mason. In that role, he was
responsible for helping financial advisors construct portfolios to manage risk and improve the odds of financial planning
success. Prior to the asset management distribution, Mr. Carpenter spent 12 years as a financial advisor focused on
retirement planning and insurance.

About Terri Bradford Eason

Terri Bradford Eason manages the foundation’s Gift Planning Program as a member of the Advancement team. Her primary focus is cultivating relationships that help individuals establish current and deferred philanthropic funds, legacy gifts and charitable giving strategic plans. As such, Terri works closely with professional advisors and their clients to identify, create and provide charitable planning options tailored to achieve specific philanthropic goals.

Terri joined the Foundation in October 2008 after gaining two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She had several positions with National City (now PNC) and supported several functions including wealth management, relationship management, new business development, and both private and corporate banking. As director of nonprofit business services, she was responsible for new business development and relationship management of nonprofit and higher education organizations. Throughout her tenure, Terri was dedicated to quality service for which she received the company’s NCC Excel Award for extraordinary client and community service. She also was the recipient of the YWCA Women of Professional Excellence Award, TLOD Status of Women Award, the NCNW Phenomenal Women of Extraordinary Leadership and Service Award and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.’s Woman of Vision award.

Terri has served the nonprofit community as a director on several area nonprofit boards, including Recovery Resources, Junior Achievement, the Women’s City Club Foundation and the Legacy Village Lyndhurst Community Fund Committee. In addition, she is the Former President of the Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Former Chairman of the Alpha Omega Foundation, Incorporated. Currently, she serves on the Board of Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center (Past-Board President), Northern Ohio Charitable Gift Planners Council, Milestone Autism Resources, Inc., AKA Educational Advancement Foundation, Inc. (At-Large Director) and member of the Board of Trustees for Ohio North First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Former Board Chairman).

Terri is a member of the National Black MBA Association, Inc., NAACP, Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society, Cleveland Chapter of Links, Inc., Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. and Jack & Jill of America, Inc. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.

Terri resides in South Euclid, Ohio with her husband Clayton Eason, Sr. and their two sons Clayton II, age 20 (Senior at Notre Dame College) and Bradford, age 18 (Sophomore at John Carroll University).
