About

This session is part of our full-day convening: Collective Potential: What’s Next for Funding in the Social Sector. To go back to the full agenda, click here

The Social Sector needs to do better to advance racial equity. Many funders and non-profit organizations have started the journey and their own path towards transforming their culture to be more diverse, inclusive and equitable.

Join us to hear promising practices and experiences, on how different organizations have embarked on this unique path and learn how this transformation looks from the inside.

The transformation can happen in different ways, and result in: diversity at all levels including staff, leadership and board, a culture of inclusion were people lived experiences are validated and respected, a workplace where decision making is more transparent, and where a racial equity lens is at the forefront of the organization strategy.
