Maxie Carpenter of the Leadership Consortium will present this workshop about building and maintaining strong leadership and operations within a nonprofit board. A board functioning at an optimal level will help maximize a nonprofit's fundraising potential so that they may find and continue to successfully fulfill their mission. 

This program will be held in the Walker Community Room.
