Increasing in prominence as a tool for enhanced efficiency and strengthened service delivery, collaboration’s advantages, disadvantages, potential, and pitfalls must be understood by all savvy nonprofit professionals.  Learn the essentials of successful collaboration and find out how to initiate and facilitate collaboration in this workshop led by the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center's Neighborhood Development Director, Maury Plambeck. This workshop is best for those who have already established their nonprofit organization.
