Creating a nonprofit organization is a major endeavor. This new series walks you through the key components and leads you towards your next steps. Whether you're thinking about starting a nonprofit, have recently started one, or are new to the sector and want to learn more, let us help you navigate the process to becoming a successful nonprofit organization. This series will help participants solidify a legal nonprofit organization, assist with identifying a target demographic, draft a concise mission and vision, and create a strategy for board development and fundraising. 

This session will provide the resources needed to draft a mission, vision, and logic model based on your organizational priority areas

  • Identify and refine your demographic, mission, and goals
  • Draft a mission and vision statement
  • Identify organizational priority areas and scope of work
  • Create a draft logic model for the organization/key program
  • Understand the distinction between goals, objectives, and outcomes as they relate to your mission and measuring your impact
