About
Foundation Center South, a service of Candid, in partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, is seeking applicants for the Boys and Men of Color (BMOC) Executive Director Collaboration Circle (EDCC). Now in its third year, this unique program helps build the capacity of nonprofits/organizations/social institutional leaders to serve and achieve stronger outcomes for boys and men of color in the Metro Atlanta area.
The Boys and Men of Color Executive Director Collaboration Circle is changing the reality for greater community well being in Metro Atlanta by supporting local leaders in building their internal organizational- and leadership capacities, their partnerships and networks and share best practices. All of these components are essential in becoming stronger grantee- and contract partners, and are enabling organizations serving BMOC to reach their full potential.
The Collaboration Circle is an eight-month, intensive training, and executive coaching program for current nonprofit, program and other social institution leaders. Investing in leadership development- and providing access to it- is vital to building sustainable organizations ready to tackle the issue of impact and achievement for boys and men of color. This program will help leaders build their capacity to achieve stronger outcomes for the boys and men of color they serve.
