Are you a nonprofit leader who wants to strengthen and grow your programs? If so, program evaluation that works is essential. Sometimes, program evaluation can seem too expensive or not useful enough. In this workshop, you’ll get started in practical program evaluation that shapes effective action and demonstrates your true effects. You’ll learn and practice the process through demonstration, activities, and discussion. You’ll leave with worksheets that you can refer back to as you bring program evaluation that works to your organization.
