Juli Goss is the Research and Evaluation Manager at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkanasas. In this role, she leads research and evaluation efforts within Education and collaborates across departments to assist the organization in understanding and better serving guests. Presenting this workshop, Goss will draw on her 10-plus years of experience working on measurement of grant-funded projets
