For the June 2018 meeting, Grants Professionals Association is thrilled to present Oya I. Tukel, Ph.D., Associate Dean, Department Chair and Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Cleveland State University. Dr. Tukel will touch on tools and techniques to effectively manage your projects and review these essential project management themes: delivering a project on budget, keeping projects on schedule, understanding scope, and developing effective stakeholder communication strategies.  There will be opportunity for questions, so please come prepared to learn more!
