Foundation Center, in partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation Atlanta Civic Site, is pleased to officially launch the application process for the 2018 Boys and Men of Color (BMOC) Executive Director Collaboration Circle.

Investing in leadership development is vital to building sustainable organizations ready to tackle the issue of achievement for Black and Hispanic boys and men. This Collaboration Circle will help leaders build their capacity to serve and achieve outcomes for boys and men of color.

Foundation Center will bring together 20 executive directors for a six-month intensive training, and executive coaching program.  During the program, cohort members will identify collaboration partners, leverage their strengths and align existing resources to sustain programming and increase collective impact for boys and men of color.
