Learn fundamental Federal and Maryland requirements to start a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization from experienced SCORE mentors. Subjects will include: type of business organization; composition of the Board of Directors; revenue production; IRS non-taxable requirements; and managing ongoing operations.
