This proposal followed all of our guidelines, and the organization submitted all the required information. The need and the goals were made clear in the cover letter. Further, the program design and the collaborative aspect of the proposal were very impressive. Overall, the proposal was well-written and clear and the writer followed the application instructions. In keeping with this, the budget was presented clearly and with sufficient detail. It was very easy to ascertain the target population, how they planned to deliver services to this population, the outreach strategy, collaborative partners, and how the program would be evaluated. It was also very clear why the program was needed.
