The proposal is well organized and clearly written in eight succinct pages that provide the information we asked for on our web site, in the order we asked for it. There is not a lot of jargon or superfluous information, and they've obviously done their research on what Pottruck is interested in. The proposal takes the reader through a logical progression from the general problem statement to how the proposed project will create positive change. It tells a full story, answering the who, what, when, where, why, how, and how will we know it's successful questions.
