The applicant is very specific in who his organization will serve and how it will achieve change and describes this in a clear and concise manner. He provides highly relevant statistics that define the scope of the issue, while also conveying the urgency with which it must be addressed. He quotes credible sources for future projections. It is clear that in addition to his personal experiences in Uganda, he has done considerable research in developing his vision for change.

He is also very clear on which of the statistics quoted his organization will address. Additionally, the applicant describes a very clear rationale for why the organization is engaging in specific programs. He identifies key differentiators that strengthen Building Tomorrow (BT) and deepen impact.
