Beth Health Care's proposal for "Depression in Seniors-Are You at Risk?" gave our committees a very clear picture of the four goals of the program with specific objectives for each goal. In addition to the goals and objectives, the evaluation plans were well defined and achievable. The project plan was well thought out, detailed, and most importantly, measurable. As we reviewed the proposal, it was clear that the overall program will have a meaningful impact on the community because it provides bilingual educational services for seniors citizens, physicians, and care givers.
